  1. Article 1 – Personal data

    • 1.1. We hereby inform you that your personal data may be processed by SAS Domaine de la Croix Exploitation, whose registered office is located at boulevard de Tabarin – 83420 La Croix Valmer, in its capacity as data controller within the meaning of the applicable regulations.
    • 1.2. The present stipulations concern all personal data that may be collected via the domainedelacroix.com site (the “Site”), in particular in the context of the creation and/or modification of the customer area, the completion of the contact form and/or the email address for the purposes of registering for the newsletter, as well as any collection resulting from an order placed by a customer outside the Site.
    • 1.3. The data collected is intended for use by our company. It will also be made accessible to the delivery companies we appoint to deliver the products you have ordered and to our technical service providers, strictly for the purposes of their mission.
    • 1.4. Your data will be used to provide you with our service and, in particular, to ensure invoicing, collection, after-sales service and customer assistance, to respond to your queries and/or requests submitted via the contact form available on our website and to comply with our legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax obligations and, more generally, for all purposes relating to the performance of these terms and conditions.
    • 1.5. The data required to fulfil your contract is indicated at the time of collection.
    • 1.6. Your data will also be used, unless you object, to meet our legitimate needs for collecting and processing [customer reviews], promoting our services, including sending you commercial communications, where appropriate by electronic means, including newsletters, within the limits of your interests and rights. It may also be used to create a profile for customer knowledge purposes and to personalise our communications. You may, of course, contest this, make observations and/or request human intervention as part of the analysis of your data by contacting dpo@domainedelacroix.com.
    • 1.7. You have the right to access, rectify any inaccurate data concerning you and, in the cases provided for by the regulations, to object to or delete some of your data, have its use restricted or request that it be ported so that it can be passed on to a third party. You also have the right to define what happens to your data after your death (for French nationals).
    • 1.8. To exercise your rights, simply send an email to the following address: dpo@domainedelacroix.com, enclosing, where appropriate, any document proving your identity and your request.
    • 1.9. For any further information or difficulty relating to the use of your data, you can contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) at the following address: dpo@domainedelacroix.com. In the event of unresolved difficulties, you may refer the matter to the CNIL.
    • 1.10. We would also like to inform you that you can register on the Bloctel telephone anti-solicitation list.
    • 1.11. Your data may be kept for up to 5 years after the end of our commercial relationship, plus, where applicable, the period of prescription for any actions arising from this relationship.
