Olivier Paques, our vineyard manager since 2006, is committed to minimizing the estate’s environmental impact. He and his team work towards this goal with a reduced use of inputs. The vineyard is thus managed according to the principles of sustainable viticulture, certified HVE (High Environmental Value).
RESPONSIBLE VITICULTURE AND METICULOUS WORK
Behind the renowned rosés and wines of Domaine de la Croix lie captivating stories, hard work, expertise, and passion…
To address new environmental challenges, we have adapted.

It was in February 2024 that Guillaume Biais joined Domaine de La Croix with one goal in mind: transitioning the estate to organic farming.
With determination, the new vineyard manager drew on the expertise of past years to optimize farming methods, promote soil health, and produce wines that are even more respectful of nature, while preserving the estate’s identity and excellence.

Edouard Planel, Cellar Master and Oenologist
From vine to bottling, Edouard supervises all operations.
He tests, innovates, and brings out the best by exploiting the differences in soils and exposures within a single plot, so that the terroirs and grapes can express their full potential. He crafts the estate’s cuvées with the utmost expertise.
He crafts our wines with a rare expertise gained from a global career. His approach involves understanding the terroir, listening to the vintner, and implementing tailored practices to produce high-quality grapes and exquisite cuvées.
To further enhance excellence, Domaine de La Croix collaborates with renowned oenologist Michel Rolland and the Provence Oenology firm. Alongside Diane Nublat, general manager, and Edouard Planel, they create blends with the aim of eliciting beautiful emotions during tastings.
"Minimizing environmental impact requires daily vineyard monitoring and anticipating potential problems"
